Flows

Secure Meeting Workflow must be installed in Diligent Data Room (DDR) for your organization and the organization administrator needs to add the meeting Flow installation.

• A Flow installation is like a small add-on or app added to DDR. It is the technical foundation of Secure Meeting Workflow

• Flow managers need to configure and activate the Flow installation before those authorized can start a Flow based on that installation.

• Flows that are started are called Running Flows and are related to your meeting groups.

• A new meeting Flow is created each time you start a Flow. For more information go to Start or open a meeting Flow .

Secure Meeting Workflow connects Diligent Boards and Diligent Data Room

• Diligent Boards is a leading board management solution for securely sharing board and committee materials among board members or directors.

• Diligent Data Room is a secure document storage and sharing solution for individual users and teams. Users have a personal data room. Teams can use a shared data room to collaborate on documents or projects.

• Secure Meeting Workflow is integrated into Diligent Data Room as an optional add-on and provides Flows which automate and coordinate document collection and delivery and enable the secure transfer of the board book to Diligent Boards.

Delivery Flows

Delivery Flows manage document requests that come from a meeting Flow.

• These are shorter Flows that perform sub-tasks on behalf of meeting Flows.

• You cannot start these Flows directly, but the relevant users will see them on their Flows view.
