Overview of Flows

Flows is an add-on in Diligent Data Room (DDR) that protects the transfer of sensitive material, from its earliest stages until delivery to the board. To get started, you must have a Diligent Data Room account. You can use Flows to collect agendas and meeting documents, and securely transfer them to Diligent Boards for further distribution.

Flows can be integrated with Diligent Boards to automate the steps involved in organizing a meeting. This includes coordinating document collection, compiling the agenda, and securely transferring the board book to Diligent Boards. Repetitive tasks can be automated, providing you with an overview of all stages of the document workflow.

• Boards integration Flows can be aligned to meeting groups in Diligent Boards so an Administrator with both a Diligent Data Room and Diligent Boards account can automate the steps involved in organizing a meeting.
