There are over 30 visual analytics for you to choose from, such as the Dashboard.

Trends and Reports example

To view Trends and Reports, select Analytics. Under Visual Analytics, select Corporation Insights then the Trends & Reports button for the area of reporting.

This report tracks approval turnaround time aimed to move toward faster approval processes and greater efficiency. This enables the organization to grow at a faster rate and avoid compliance issues that prevent organization growth. The interactive nature of analytics is shown in the upper left panel. You can drill down on a spike to learn more.

3P Risk Trends example

To view the report, select Analytics. Under Visual Analytics, select Corporation Insights. Then, under Third Party Management, select the 3P Risk Trends button.

This report can be used to ensure turnaround time is becoming more efficient, and the risk is the same or consistent over time. The ensures you are not moving to only accepting low risk third-parties to increase program efficiency.

DDQ Questionnaire Tracker example

To view the report, select Analytics. Under Visual Analytics, select Corporation Insights. Then, in the CaseClosed Assigned to a third party profile related to a questionnaire sent for response, due diligence investigation, or other action. Management area, select the DDQClosed Due Diligence Questionnaire which can be sent to third parties for response. Questions can be added to a risk model to use in determining the overall risk rating for a third party. Tracking button.

The Questionnaire Tracker helps you answer questions like:

  • How long does it take to access the due diligence questionnaire?

  • How long does it take to turnaround the questionnaire? 

  • Are there different results in different regions and business units?

3P Risk Highlights example

To view the report, select Analytics. Under Visual Analytics, select Corporation Insights. Then, in the Third Party Management area, select the 3P Risk Highlights button.

3P Risk Highlights summarizes numbers of third-party, average risk scores, red flag rates, and more.
