In the Third-Party Manager application, a structured process is followed to generate and manage Due Diligence (DD) reports. The process involves the following steps:

As a prerequisite, ensure that the AI due diligence report is generated. Once the report is generated, the case is auto-created in the Due Diligence tab.

  1. Open the Third-Party Manager dashboard and from the left navigation panel, select Case Management.

  2. Filter the third-party results through the case StageClosed The stage the case is in, for example, DDQ Invite, Qualification, Budget Requested, Case Rejected, and so on. tab and select AI Report Generated to view the case folders that were created with the AI Report.

  6. Submit to qualify for the DDQ responses.

    After the third party submits their DDQ responses, the case advances to the qualification stage. Ensure that only compliant and well-qualified third parties proceed to the next stage of the investigation.

  7. If the third-party qualifies based on the DDQ responses, convert the case to order due diligence. This step initiates an in-depth investigation of the third party.

  8. Conduct a comprehensive document review, risk analysis, and due diligence activities to ensure all necessary checks are completed, qualifying the third party and mitigating any potential risks.
