Configuring Workflow Category and Workflow Subcategory
Organize your workflow A series of tasks generated based on an event or form submission. definitions by Workflow Category and Workflow Subcategory, which are supplied in the system or that you create. Categories can have an unlimited number of subcategories. A subcategory can only belong to one category.

Create a Workflow Category

Select Settings, Content Control, then Workflow Builder. Workflow Builder displays in a separate browser tab.

From the left menu, select Configure Values.

On the page, select the Reference Codes
button to create a new code or select the Edit link to update an existing code.
Add or update:-
Code: Enter the name of the Category. This is an internal reference and is not seen by the end user. A Code cannot be changed later, only deactivated.

Description Enter a description.

Domain: Select the Domain item WorkFlowCategory.

Meaning: Enter the end user meaning, which is the label users will see in the system and on reports.

Active: Select to activate (display) or deselect to deactivate (hide).

Order: Enter the order the Category will display in the user interface. If all values are the same, they will display alphabetically.

Select Save.
Create a Workflow Subcategory
