Performing Workflow Overview actions
You can perform actions from the Workflow A series of tasks generated based on an event or form submission. Overview tab.
- From the Dashboard's left menu or the link at the top of the page, select Workflow.
- Select the Overview tab.
- After selecting a task Part of a workflow that itemizes certain work to be completed., select the three buttons after the task name to reveal selections, such as Workflow Initiation Log and so on.
- Select any of the following:
- Workflow Initiation Log to view the evaluation process that occurred when the workflow was activated.
- Create Workflow Summary to create a PDF file with basic details of the workflow. Select the summary items you want (listed below) then select Generate.
Workflow Information includes the information in Workflow Details.
Workflow Outline is a snapshot of the current workflow including tasks have been completed.
Task Details shows the names, descriptions, and statuses of all the tasks in the workflow. To also see the User Defined fields, select Task Details - User Defined Fields.
Workflow Attachments list the file names of all attachments.
Changes after close shows all changes made to the workflow after it was complete and who made them. To see the details, also select Changes after close - Show Details.
- Recategorize to change the category of the workflow either by the system, based on workflow rules, or manually, by your selection. Selecting Recategorize essential cancel out previous tasks and replace the prior workflow outline with the new one. Or, if the re-categorization is to the same workflow, selecting Recategorize resets all tasks in the outline.
- Find Additional Fields to locate Additional Fields (user defined fields, UDFs) which are fields added to tasks in a workflow. Enter a partial name and select Search. In the following example, the search was on the letter a. The Additional Fields are in blue and can be selected to view the details.
