Conversations and Secure File Sharing data rooms

Messenger Web is integrated with Secure File Sharing so you can securely communicate and manage documents before and after the board meeting.

Conversation and messages with Secure File Sharing team room members are managed the same are managed the same way as in Messenger Web.

Prerequisites

• You must have a Secure File Sharing account.

• Secure File Sharing must be integrated with Diligent Boards for your organization.

Message members of your Secure File Sharing team data room

1. Go to Messenger Web and select the team room conversation icon .

   Your data room conversation inbox opens displaying your Secure Meeting Workflow conversations. Unread messages are indicated by a red bubble.

2. Select the conversation you want to continue from the list, and enter your message as normal.
