Accessing your Contacts list
Diligent Messenger displays a directory of everyone in your organization with a Messenger account and members of the board you are associated with. You can use this list to initiate direct on-to-one communications or create group conversations with multiple participants.

In Messenger Web select the contacts icon
. The Contacts list opens in alphabetical order.

Select the Name of the person you want to contact.
When you select a contact, you'll see the messages previously shared with them.
