Matrix question
The structured format of this question type presents several related questions in a grid, with a consistent set of responses to select from. Used to efficiently gather feedback on similar topics.

In your questionnaire, select Add question or Add subquestion.

Select Matrix question from the dropdown menu, and select Add.

The Numbered question and Show title bar background checkbox are checked by default.
When checked, the question will appear in a numbered sequence and the question title will appear on a shaded background.

Enter the question title (optional) and question text.

Enter your labels for the Rows.
Three are presented as default to start. You can add up to one hundred rows or remove rows.

Select and label your Columns.

Select Boolean question to make the options Yes/True or No/False.

Select Insert NA column if you want responders to be able to select NA as a response.

Enter the Weight of each column, number 1 to 100.

If Boolean question is not selected you can add more columns (maximum of five).

Select any additional features for the question.

To preview your matrix, select Preview matrix.

Select Save.
