Finding your site name
This topic describes how to find your site name if you ever forget it, without the need to contact Diligent.
Note
To recover your site name through this method, you will need to have a valid email address on file.

Select Forgot site name? from the site name entry screen.

Enter your email address, then select "Recover my site name."

An email containing your site name will be sent to your email address on file. Once you receive this email, select Sign in to proceed to the site name entry screen.
If you also need to recover your user name or password, enter your site name, then visit the Recovering your password or user name page.
