Recovering your password or user name
You can reset your password or get a reminder of your user name using self-service recovery. If you need to find your site name first, visit the Finding your site name page.
Note
To reset your password or recover your user name through this method, you will need to have a valid email address on file and to have answered all of your Security Questions.

Select Trouble signing in? on the sign in screen of Diligent Boards.

Enter your email address, then select "Continue." Proceed to the next step to reset your password, or go to Step 7 to recover your user name.
Resetting your password

To reset your password, select Reset my password on the next screen, then select "Continue." A unique alphanumeric security code will be sent to the email address you entered.

Enter the security code, then select "Continue."

You may be prompted to answer one or more of your security questions. Respond to all of the questions and select Continue.
Note
Your security question responses are not case sensitive, but otherwise must be typed exactly as they were when created. This includes any hyphens or spaces between words.

You will be prompted to create and confirm a new password. After successfully creating the new password, select "Sign in" and use the new password to sign in.
Recovering your user name

To recover your user name, select Recover my user name after entering your email address, then select "Continue."

An email containing your user name will be sent to your email address on file. Once you receive this email, select Sign in to proceed to the sign in screen.
