The Calendar hub

The Calendar hub lets you view the dates and times of every board meeting, whether they're upcoming or have already occurred.

  1. Select Calendar in the left-hand navigation panel to go to the Calendar hub.

  2. A view of your board's meetings appears. To change the view, select the dropdown menu on top of the screen, and then select one of the following options:

    • List: view a list of all meetings

    • Day: view the current day

    • Week: view the week from Sunday through Saturday

    • Work Week: view the work week from Monday through Friday

    • Month: view the entire month

    • Year: view each month out of the entire year

  3. Use the left and right arrows to move to different dates on the calendar or select a date in the calendar side view to display that date.

  4. Select Today to view the current day.

  5. To assist with searching the calendar for a meeting, select Filter. You can filter the calendar by committees, categories, and/or meeting view.

  6. To change the default settings, such as the time format, time zone, or week start date, select Calendar Settings.

  7. To create a new meeting, select Create Meeting.

  8. To edit a meeting, double-click the calendar entry. Learn more about editing the calendar in Editing the calendar.
