Add an agenda to a book using Agenda Builder
With Agenda Builder, you can use your book structure to set up a fully-formatted agenda that's added right to your board book. In this topic, you'll learn how to use Agenda Builder to add an agenda to your book and how to add and edit information about the meeting to appear on the agenda.

To automatically generate an agenda using Agenda Builder, select the Add Auto Agenda option on the "Build Book" screen.

An Agenda tab will be added to the book, along with an agenda document within the tab. The Agenda tab displays the meeting date.
Note
If you have already added tabs to the book, you will see "Book Only" labels appear on existing tabs. For more information on these labels and how to edit them, see Adding and managing agenda items.

To edit the general meeting information that appears on the agenda, select the menu on the right side of the Agenda tab.

Select Agenda Properties.

The Agenda Details window appears. You can use each field to add or update the general information that appears on the agenda.

If you need to select a different time zone, use the Time Zone drop-down. Contact your Customer Success Manager if your required time zone does not appear in this list.

The Meeting Date field is automatically populated with the date added when you set up the book. To change this date, edit it through the Book Properties menu.

If necessary, update the Start Time and End Time fields.

If you would like the meeting end time to display on the agenda, leave the Show Meeting End Time option enabled. To hide the meeting end time, select the option to disable it.

To enter details about the meeting, such as the location, use the optional Meeting Information field. Any text entered here appears in the header of the agenda, above the agenda items.

In the optional Additional Information field, you can enter text to appear at the end of the agenda, below the agenda items.

If you would like page numbers to appear for each item on the agenda, enable the Show Page Numbers option.

To display a logo on the agenda, enable the Include Logo option.

A preview of your default site logo appears. To display your site logo on the agenda, you can leave the "Include Logo" option enabled.

To upload a custom logo to display on the agenda, select Upload New Logo, then select an image file to upload. We recommend that the selected file not exceed 304 pixels x 73 pixels. Once uploaded, a preview of the custom logo appears.

To revert to the default logo, you can select Use Site Logo. A preview of the site logo will re-appear.

To save your changes and close the Agenda Details window, select Update.
