Finding your site name
This topic describes how to find your site name, without the need to contact Diligent Support.
Note
To recover your site name through this method, you will need to have a valid email address on file.

Select Forgot site name? from the site name entry screen.

Enter your email address, then select "Recover site name."

An email containing your site name will be sent to your email address on file. Once you receive this email, select Continue to sign in to proceed to the site name entry screen.
If you also need to recover your user name or password, enter your site name, then visit the Recovering your password or user name page.
