Viewing Investor Engagement Report
With the Diligent One Platform, the Investor Engagement Report uses data from Diligent Market Intelligence (DMI) to help publicly listed companies quickly understand their risk to shareholder activism and voting dissent compared to their DMI derived peers. Additionally, the report highlights how CEO pay compares to the companies disclosed peers from proxy statements. For further information about the methodology of the report, go to Investor Engagement Report methodology.
