Home page
Upon signing in, you'll be taken to the Home page. The Home page helps you find time-sensitive action items, view administrator announcements, access the most relevant books and reports, and stay informed of key topics. This article provides an overview of the Home page.

Prioritize items in the Awaiting review section that require your attention, including questionnaires, approvals, minutes, and associated actions.

To open any of these items, expand the related panel if needed, and select them.

Prepare for upcoming meetings by reviewing published books and the latest reports in the Books and reports section.

To open a book, select "Open book".

If the book contains an agenda, select "Open agenda" to view it.

To see more options for book management, select "Open meeting details".

To open a report, select "Open report".

If the book contains AI content, select "AI Hub" to display the available AI options for that book.
Note
Reports are available via the Diligent One Platform. If you do not have access to the Diligent One Platform, reports will not appear in the Books and reports section of the Home page. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

To filter the list so only books are displayed, select the Books button.

Identify critical insights about competitors within the same industry using the AI-generated summaries in the News and insights section. Each summary contains essential information from a recent news article. Glean the latest market intelligence in a scannable, AI-generated summary.

Get certified in Diligent’s e-learning programs and access best-practice templates in the Education and templates section. Select "Learn more" to explore a library of short courses and access best-practice templates from Diligent.

Read a summary of the latest Fortune newsletter, authored exclusively for Diligent, in the Exclusively by Fortune section. Select the newsletter title to view the complete article and access historical records.

You can collapse the News and insights, Education and templates, and Exclusively by Fortune sections on the right side of the page by selecting the Arrow icon
next to each heading. Once collapsed, only the section heading is displayed. -
