The NetSuite integration with the Diligent One Platform enhances financial data management by delivering high-quality insights and visualizations directly from financial data. This enables directors and board members to review trustworthy performance narratives, drive critical discussions, and make informed decisions.

This integration delivers best-practice reports and templates that provide a consistent view of financial performance month over month, while reducing the risk of human error or overlooked data.

Connecting to NetSuite ERP

Only a NetSuite admin can configure the Diligent SuiteApp within the NetSuite ERP. You must install the Diligent Boards for NetSuite SuiteApp, which is available in the SuiteApps tab, within your NetSuite environment. Before you start the connection process, gather any prerequisites such as username, password, token, or key values. For assistance, contact Diligent Support.

Configuring Diligent SuiteApp within NetSuite ERP

  1. On your NetSuite ERP menu, go to Diligent > Diligent > Configuration.

  2. On the Diligent – Configuration window, fill all relevant information.

  3. Select Save Configuration.

    Upon successful configuration, a connection between NetSuite environment and Diligent One Platform is established.

Integrating Diligent One Platform with NetSuite ERP

After configuring the Diligent SuiteApp within NetSuite, you can view the datasets that are customized and pre-built for you to integrate with the Diligent One Platform dashboard.

Note

You are provided with predetermined standard datasets. Do not add, edit, or remove any dataset fields. If you want to add additional datasets, contact Diligent Support.

Syncing datasets with Diligent One Platform

  1. On you NetSuite ERP menu, go to Diligent > Diligent > Dashboard.

  2. In the Actions column, select Execute against each dataset.

    This triggers NetSuite data to be integrated into the Diligent One Platform.

Check the progress in the Status column. All datasets will display the status as Complete after 100% execution. You are now ready to use the reporting template dashboard on your Diligent One Platform.

Accessing reporting templates in Activity Center

Prerequisite

The reporting templates must be deployed and enabled for you in your Activity Center. For assistance, contact Diligent Support.
