My Activities
The My Activities page in the Activity Center app is the home page of the Activity Center, and it displays the Issues & Actions dashboard, the SOX Program Management dashboard, and custom dashboards you have created if applicable. You can click on the dashboard visuals and drill down to view detailed information. In terms of the Issues & Actions dashboard, you can check items that require your immediate attention such as issues and actions that are nearing their due date. You can also view and edit issues and actions in your organization. The predefined dashboards (Issues & Actions dashboard and SOX Program Management dashboard) leverage Amazon QuickSight technology. The data you see in the Activity Center app is live. Each time you open or refresh a dashboard, the data is fetched in real time.
Roles and permissions
Only Project Admins, Professional Managers, and Professional Users can view and interact with the Activity Center app.
The Activity Center app shows only those items that a user has access to. For example, in the Issues & Actions dashboard, users can view only those issues and actions that they have permission to access.

Dashboards in the Activity Center app
There are two types of dashboards in the Activity Center app.
- Predefined These dashboards are available by default.
- Custom dashboard The dashboards that you can create on your own are called custom dashboards. You must be a Report Admin or Reports Writer in the Reports app to create a dashboard.

Export a visualization to CSV file
To export a visualization as a CSV file, perform the following steps:
- Open the Activity Center app. In the left navigation panel, ensure you are in the correct dashboard.
- Select the Menu options
icon on the top right corner of the visualization you want to export. - Select Export to CSV. The visualization downloads to your computer in CSV format, and a message confirms that your CSV is ready.
