Enable report creation in Reports by assigning a default sub-folder
There is an issue that prevents the Reports app from generating reports in all new Diligent One instances. To ensure Reports functions normally for all users in your instance, someone with Reports Admin access needs to perform the following steps to create a location where Reports can store all draft reports. This only has to happen once in each instance of Diligent One. If it has already been done in your instance, you do not need to complete these steps.
- Open the Reports app.
- Click Administration, then Admin Console.
- Click Content Folders .
- Click Add. The New Folder dialog opens.
- Give the folder any name and description you like. We recommend calling it "IT Workaround". For the Folder Hierarchy, assign it Top Level.
- Click Submit.
- Click Add, again. The New Folder dialog opens, again.
- Give this folder any name and description you want. We recommend calling this sub folder "IT workaround sub folder". For the Folder Hierarchy, assign this sub folder to the folder you just created ("IT Workaround").
- Click Advanced Settings.
- Enable Draft Content Default Folder.
- Click Submit.
