Risk Intelligence Robot Toolkit

The Risk Intelligence Robot is a pre-configured toolkit that will help you to automate screening and monitoring of customers, suppliers, and employees against our Risk Intelligence dataset. The Risk Intelligence data will help you gain efficiency and improve coverage.

Currently, the Diligent Risk Intelligence Robot Toolkit can be used for watchlist screening for trade, export, and anti-corruption compliance. Other categories will be added in future enhancements.

How it works

You can use the Diligent Risk Intelligence Robot Toolkit to screen and monitor customers, suppliers, etc. You can send keywords / search terms from a Diligent One Results table for screening against our Risk Intelligence dataset. After the screening, you will receive the output in another Diligent One Results table. You can configure all of this in a robot task after installing the toolkit.

Installation and subscription requirements

Ensure that you meet the following installation and subscription requirements to use the Diligent Risk Intelligence Robot Toolkit.

Diligent Risk Intelligence Robot Toolkit The Diligent Risk Intelligence Robot Toolkit is an add-on capability, and you will need an additional subscription to use it.

1. Install the toolkit

The toolkit installs the following component in Diligent One. For information about how to install a toolkit, see Managing Toolkits.

Diligent Risk Intelligence Watchlist Robot

The Diligent Risk Intelligence Watchlist Robot is automatically created when the toolkit is installed.

This robot contains the python script that sends input data for screening against our Risk Intelligence dataset and then receive the results after the screening.

2. Create input and output tables

You will need two separate Results tables to send the input and receive the output data. You can use existing tables, or you can create new ones. For information about creating tables, see Working with tables.

You will need table IDs of the input and output table when configuring the robot task. For information about how to get the table IDs, see Show or hide table IDs.

Ensure the input table contains a column with the keywords / search terms that you want to screen or monitor. You will need the name of this column when configuring the robot task.

3. Create and run the robot task

The robot task executes the script within the Diligent Risk Intelligence watchlist robot.

The robot task contains the following information.

Parameter Description
Diligent Token

Token required to connect to the Diligent Risk Intelligence dataset.

HighBond Access Token

Token required to connect to the Results app.

Input Table ID Specifies the table ID of the Results table, that contains the input data to be sent for screening.
Output Table ID Specifies the table ID of the Results table, that will receive the output data after the screening.
Term column name

Specifies name of the column in the input table, that contains the terms to be screened or monitored. The column can contain the names of individuals you want to screen.

Ensure this column does not contain any empty values.

Date of Birth column name

optional

Specifies date of birth of the individual to be screened or monitored.

Location column name

optional

Specifies location of the individual to be screened or monitored.

4. View results

After the robot task has run successfully, you can view the results in the output table. The output table will contain the input data along with the information collected after the screening against our Risk Intelligence dataset.
