Adding an issue for an asset
From the Issues tab in Asset Manager, you can create new issues for an asset and link them directly through Issue Manager.
To add an issue for an asset from Asset manager, do the following:

From the Launchpad home page (www.diligentoneplatform.com), select the Asset Manager app to open it.
If you are already in Diligent One, you can use the left-hand navigation menu to switch to the Asset Manager app.

Diligent One Platform also supports the domain www.highbond.com. For more information, see Supported domains.

Click the asset type that contains the asset you want to work with.

Click the specific asset you want to open.

Go to Issues tab.

Select Add issue.

Select the type of issue you want to create: Issue, Incident, or Exception.

In the Issue Manager app, on the Add issue page, enter the required details. For detailed instructions, see Adding an issue from another application.

Select Add.
The issue appears in the Issues tab for the asset in the Asset Manager navigation.
