Setting BoardEffect user permissions
User permissions control individual's access to portal features and information. This topic describes how to select a user's permissions.
To add permissions for specific folder and files, go to Add security to a BoardEffect library file.

On the BoardEffect home page, from the Navigation menu, select Directory

To access a user's permissions, select the More options icon
and select Set Permissions from the menu. -
In the Access and Permissions dialog box, select the checkbox next to one or multiple permissions to set user permissions.

To modify group permissions, select Click Here to open Manage Workrooms and Groups.

To view the user's workroom permissions, select a workroom name to expand the section.

To set workroom permissions, select the checkbox next to one or multiple feature descriptions.

To add the user to a new workroom, select Add {user name} to a workroom.

To save your changes, select Save.
