Setting BoardEffect user permissions
User permissions control individual's access to portal features and information. This topic describes how to select a user's permissions.

On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Directory .

To access a user's permissions, select the arrow on the right side of the page, and then select Set Permissions from the menu.

In the Access and Permissions dialog box, you can set user permissions by selecting the checkbox next to one or multiple permissions.

You can modify group permissions by selecting Open Manage Workrooms and Groups.

To view the user's workroom permissions, select a workroom name to expand the section.

To set workroom permissions, select the checkbox next to one or multiple feature descriptions.

To add the user to a new workroom, select Add to a workroom.

To save your changes, select Save.
