Managing libraries in BoardEffect
There are two types of libraries in BoardEffect: the Resource Library and individual workroom libraries.
The Resource Library is available to both Board members and Admins. It contains files and documents that can be shared across every workroom.
A workroom library is only available to users who have access to the workroom. It contains Meeting Books, Handbooks, and other files saved in the workroom.
This topic describes how to view existing files, upload new files, and move files in resource and workroom libraries.
Using the BoardEffect Resource Library

To access the Resource Library, select Libraries on the top right of any page.

The files are organized by folders. To view the files, select a folder name. You can organize the files within each folder to quickly identify them by date, title, or number.

To add new files, you can use the drag-and-drop feature. Select and hold the files, and then drag them to the outlined text field.

To browse for files on your computer, first select click for more options.

Select Browse in the dialog box that appears. You can select multiple files to upload at the same time.

Select Save to manually add the files in the Resource Library.

You can move a file to a new folder. To begin, select the arrow on the right, then select Move from the menu.

To move multiple files, select the checkbox next to each file name, and then select Move on top of the page.

To complete the move, select a folder name, and then select Move.
Using a BoardEffect workroom library

To access a workroom library, first select Libraries on the top right of any page.

Select the workroom name to view a list of the Meeting Books, Handbooks, Archives, and files in the workroom.

To view more details about Meeting Books, Handbooks, or Archives, select the item name.
