Security Summary

You can view the security settings for your organization and add email notifications, disclaimers, and password configurations on the Security Summary page.

  1. On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Site Settings .

  2. Select Security Summary from the list of options.

  3. To allow the BoardEffect support team to access your account, select the General tab, and then select the checkbox next to Enable Support Access.

  4. Select the Password Settings tab to configure the password requirements.

  5. You can create an email notification and disclaimer in the Email Settings tab.

  6. To view your security settings, select the Settings Status tab. You can send an email to the BoardEffect Support team to change your security settings.

  7. To add a disclaimer notice when users sign in to BoardEffect, select the Disclaimer tab.

  8. To save your changes, select Save.
