Presenting via live meeting
When a meeting is in progress, you can open the Live Meeting page to present the public agenda. This section describes how to begin presenting during the meeting.

To get started, open the Agenda Builder.

You can preview the agenda by selecting Preview. To view the member agenda, which includes agenda items from closed or executive sessions and member-only attachments, select Member agenda from the menu.

Alternatively, to preview the public agenda, select Public agenda.
Note
The public agenda does not include member-only agenda items or attachments.

To begin a live meeting, select Live Meeting.

You can also select Live Meeting on the Current meetings page.

Alternatively, you can open the Meeting details page and select Launch Live Meeting.

To present the public agenda, select Start Presenting on top of the page.

A notification window appears that you’re presenting. To close the notification, select Dismiss.

The presentation page is available on a new tab in your browser. Select the new tab to open the Live presentation page.
Note
You can check whether you are connected by looking for the green dot that appears at the bottom right of the presentation page on the new tab. The green dot also appears on the Public site.

The current topic displays at the top of the presentation page and is highlighted in grey.
Note
Timestamps are automatically generated as you move through the live presentation. A video icon appears on the far right of an agenda item’s row after the timestamp is added. To learn more, see the Add timestamps to a meeting agenda section.
Note
If you close the tab in your browser with the Live presentation page, the presentation ends automatically. To restart the presentation, select Start Presenting on the Live meeting page.

To return to the Live meeting page, select the relevant tab in your browser.

When you select a radio button next to an agenda item on the Live meeting page, the presentation page updates to display the current topic.
Note
When you select an agenda item with an attachment, the presentation page displays the attachment.

To set a timer, select Timer.

During the live meeting, a Live Meeting in Progress banner also displays at the bottom of the screen for all participants. You can leave the Live meeting page, even while you’re presenting, and the banner will continue to display on other pages. To return to the Live meeting page, simply select the Live Meeting in Progress banner. When you stop presenting, the banner disappears.

To end the presentation, select Stop Presenting. A confirmation window displays to confirm that you’ve stopped presenting.

To exit the Live meeting page, select the back arrow on the top left of the screen. Alternatively, you can exit by signing out of Community.
Add timestamps to meeting agenda
A timestamp specifies the time at which an agenda item was discussed during a live meeting. You can add timestamps when the live meeting is in progress. This section explains how to create and edit timestamps, which will be visible on the Public site.

Open the Meeting details page. You can add a link to the video in the YouTube broadcast link field.

Select Save.

To begin a live meeting, select Launch Live Meeting on the date and time the meeting is scheduled.

Select Start Presenting.

To add timestamps to the agenda, first select the radio button next to an agenda item. A video icon displays to the far right of the agenda item.
Note
After you add a timestamp, you can’t change it during the live meeting. However, you can edit it after the meeting is over.

After the meeting is over, select Stop Presenting.

To edit timestamps, select the video icon. You’ll be taken to the Edit timestamps page.

You can also select Edit timestamps on the Meeting details page.

To change the meeting start time, first select the video progress bar, and then move it to the location in the video when the meeting began.

Select Set Start Time of Meeting.

To save your changes, select Save. The timestamps for each agenda item update accordingly.

To view the location in the video recording that corresponds to an agenda item, select the agenda item link.

To manually update the timestamp of an agenda item, select the radio button next to it.

Move the video progress bar to the corresponding location in the recording, then select Set.

To remove a timestamp, select Clear.

To make timestamps visible on the Public site, select the Enable public timestamps option with the toggle.

To go to the Public site, select public timestamps.

A split screen view on the Public site displays.

A video icon displays next to agenda items with a timestamp. Pause on the video icon to view the timestamp.

To go to the agenda item in the video recording, select the video icon.
