Shares and Ownership

You can record ownership information in Diligent Entities through shares and share classes.

You can create, view, edit and cancel share classes on the Share Classes page under Ownership inside the company record.

You can allot, transfer, and dispose of shares and view shareholder information on the Shareholders page.

Corporate relationships document control by means other than shares, such as votes in the board, capital contributions that are not connected to shares, or loans that grant voting or capital rights to the lender.
