Apply Company Security Groups to Related Entities
Users can apply the security group settings of the company to its related entities such as registrations in jurisdictions, committees or shareholders.
You can assign security groups to individual entities or for entity types like registrations in jurisdictions and committees, you can apply the security groups of the parent company to them. To apply security groups to individual entities, refer to Assign Security Groups to Existing Entities.
To apply the company's security groups to its related entities:

Open the required company record.

On the Company Details page, select Wizards > Administration > Security Groups Wizard to open the Security Groups Wizard.

On the Options page of the wizard, select a method and select the applicable apply to options. Select Next.
In the Apply To section, select the entity types you want to apply the company's security group settings to. For example, select the Apply to committees option if you want the company's committees to use the same security groups as the company.

On the Security page, select the security groups you want to add or remove.

Select Finish to complete the wizard.
The selected related entities are now assigned to the same security groups as the company.
