Maintaining storyboards and fixing errors

If you view a storyboard with broken charts, the storyboard displays an error message where the chart should be. If you have access to the Results table and interpretation that created the chart, you can fix these issues as they appear.

Why visualizations break

As time passes, your company and data change. For example, someone may delete fields used by the visualization or change the format of your data. As a result, Diligent One can be unable to draw visualizations that were created in the past.

  1. Hover your cursor over the chart and click the Drilldown icon to go to this chart inside its interpretation.
