Navigating the Risk Manager app

Risk Manager is an app in Diligent One.

Homepage

When you open the Risk Manager app, the homepage displays Risks and Controls tabs; Risks is the default tab.

1 Side Panel toggle Click to expand or collapse the side panel.

  • Risks Displays the list of risks
  • Controls Displays the list of controls

  • Risk Event Assessments Displays the list of risk event assessments
  • Control Assessments Displays the list of control assessments
5 Chart Area Toggle

Click to expand or collapse the chart area. By default, this area is collapsed.

You can see the risk statistics even when the chart area is collapsed.
6 Workflow Status

This is a donut chart that shows the risks based on their workflow status.

7 Risk count by status

Displays the total number of risks in each workflow status, such as Draft, Identification, and Analysis.

You can see this section even when the chart area is collapsed.
8 Filter by workflow status

Displays the percentage of risks in each workflow status.

You can click the filter links to filter the risk list below by the selected status.
9 Risk Heatmap

This is a heatmap chart that shows the total number of risks in each category (such as low, medium, and high) based on their final risk rating.

10 Risk count by category

Displays the total number of risks in each category, such as low, medium, and high.

You can see this section even when the chart area is collapsed.
11 + Add Risk Click to add a risk.
12 Search field

Search through the list of risks by entering a name, reference ID, etc.

Note

User lookup columns are excluded from the search.
13 Column Config Enable or disable a column in the risk table.
14 Export Export or print the list of risks.
15 Reset View Click to reset any filters, sort, or search string applied.
16 Collapse all Click to collapse the expanded risks.
17 Risk row

Each row shows a risk.

Click on the risk name to go to the detailed page.
18 Expand icon Click to expand the risk to view its assessments and relationships.
