Annotate a Meeting Book (Android)
You can add annotations in the form of comments and notes to a Meeting Book. By default, your annotations are private, so only you can view them. However, you can share them with other members of the workroom. Also, you can move an annotation to a different location or delete it. This topic explains how to view, add, share, and move annotations from a mobile device or tablet.

Go to the relevant Workroom Library page and view the list of Meeting Books.

Scroll down to the relevant meeting and select View Book. The Meeting Book page opens.

You can see existing annotations, such as comments, on the Meeting Book page.

To open the annotation toolbar, select the blue pencil on the bottom right of the page.

Select a tool from the toolbar, and then tap the location in the Meeting Book where you want to add the annotation. You can use the following annotation tools:

Comment

Free-form eraser

Strike-through
-
Underline
-
Free-form pencil

Highlighter

To view a list of each section in the Meeting Book, select the Outline icon. You can quickly navigate to a section by selecting it from the list.

To see a list of every annotation, select the Comment icon.

You can share an annotation, so everyone in the workroom can view it. To share, select Options next to the annotation, and then select Share Annotation from the menu.

To move an annotation, select Move Annotation from the Options menu. You can move the annotation to a new page in the Meeting Book by navigating to the page you want to place the annotation, and then select Move. Next, drag the annotation to a specific location on the new page.

To delete an annotation, select Delete Annotation.

Your annotations are saved automatically. View the last saved date and time on the list of annotations for reference.

To close the annotation toolbar, select the close icon.
