Deleting a BoardEffect user
When you delete a user, their account is permanently removed from BoardEffect. We do not recommend deleting users who no longer need access—you can deactivate them. This topic describes how to delete a user.

On the BoardEffect home page, on the left-side Navigation Bar, select Directory.

Select Manage User(s).

To search for a user, enter their first and/or last name in the Search field or select "Advanced Search."

Select the trash can icon to the right of the user's name that you would like to delete.

A pop-up window appears to confirm you would like to delete the user. Select Remove to remove the user, or Cancel if you don't want to remove the user.
