Converting a questionnaire into an investigation
Steps to convert a Third-Party Manager case
Assigned to a third party profile related to a questionnaire sent for response, due diligence investigation, or other action. for further due diligence investigation follows. This is typically done when reviewing the questionnaire.
Important
Street address and city are not required on the profile record, but they are required for a case investigation. An error occurs if the information is missing when a case is triggered.

From the Case Folder tab, select the
Convert button to escalate a questionnaire from a third-party for further due diligence. -
Select the additional investigation necessary, Open Source Investigation or Enhanced Due Diligence. For details, see Investigations.

Select Convert to Investigation. Verify the investigation details, which may include the fee, then select Submit to Investigator.
