Activate a questionnaire
When the questionnaire is complete and no further changes will be made, make the questionnaire active. The questionnaire is available for users to fill out and cannot be changed. To create a new version of an active questionnaire, update it, and make the new version active.
To activate the questionnaire:
- Select Settings then Content Control.
- Select Form A form is a questionnaire to gather information. Builder.
- Select the inactive questionnaire (the Active column is No).
- Select Show Versions History.
- Select the Active radio button of the Version to make active. Once selected and saved, this Active designation cannot be changed. You can create a new version of the questionnaire and activate that version. See Create multiple versions of a questionnaire.
- Select Save Details to activate the questionnaire.
- A message like the following reminds you to check your risk model Created for different third-party types and categories within the type to apply separate evaluation criteria to diverse types of third parties. Four factors make up a risk model: country, type and category, DDQ questions, and third-party custom field questions.:
Please check your risk model to ensure this form is being scored correctly. This can be reviewed under Settings, Content Control, Risk Inventory.
