Business Areas
Business Areas facilitate an assigned group of people to collaborate easily on jobs and campaigns. As Global Administrator or Business Area manager you can view and edit options within the business areas available to you. Business areas are customised and come inbuilt as part of your product.

Go to your profile and select Administration from the menu.

Select Business Areas.

Select the business area name to open its Administration view.
Business Area options | Description | Tasks |

Announcements | Announcements is an excellent way of communicating with users in a specific business area, as these messages will be prominently displayed on their dashboard. In this dedicated area you can create or edit an announcement. | Create and manage announcements |
Email Templates/Emails | Administrators can edit the emails templates relating to jobs, workflows, tasks, expiry and discussions that are sent from the system. | Edit email templates |
Lookups | Lookup Types can be set globally or by business area. Existing lookups can be amended but any additional ones will need to be added by Customer Support. | Create and edit my Lookup values |
Permissions | Permissions can be set by business area and there are 4 levels. | Permission types explained |
Reminders | You can be set task and expiry reminders here and edit the timing to suit your needs. There are 4 reminders to edit, enable or disable. | Manage reminders |
External Signatories | Here you can add any external signatories that may be needed to complete tasks. |
