Launchpad layout

Launchpad gathers your most important and frequently used apps and task functions in one, convenient, place. The image and table below highlight and unpack the various components available from Launchpad.

  • Your organization's name Switch between multiple organizations by clicking on the organization name.
  • Ask AI for Help button Select this button to use the AI-powered interactive chatbot and get quick, accurate answers from the Diligent One Platform Help Center.
  • Help menu button View Help docs or contact Support to report an issue.
  • Profile menu button Access Profile and Profile Settings. From Profile, you can update your Diligent One profile or log out of Launchpad. From Profile Settings, you can turn on or off email notifications received in Strategy, Projects, Results, and Robots.
  • Keyboard shortcuts View a list of keyboard shortcuts available in the current app.
Diligent Academy Access our online training resource center from the Diligent Academy tile under Education & Certifications. Academy courses are included at no extra cost for any user with a Diligent One subscription.
Platform Settings

This menu is available only for administrators. Through this menu, you can manage the following:

  • Users Manage users, assigned subscriptions, and assets roles (if applicable).

  • Groups Assign the same level of access to multiple users simultaneously.

  • Organization View the number of subscriptions that have been assigned and see when the number of assigned subscriptions exceeds the number of subscription entitlements.

  • Security settings Configure the security settings of your organization.

  • Activity Logs Track changes related to your company and users.

  • Activations Manage Analytics and Analytics Exchange activations for users.

  • Configuration Configure the elements used in Asset Manager, Asset Inventory, and Risk Manager apps, such as asset types, attribute types, workflows, events, and handlers.

  • Org Structure An administrative and reporting tool to create structured units within organizations and produce reports from organizational unit activities.
Marketplace (Toolkits) Through Marketplace on the sidebar, you can access toolkits. A toolkit is a curated set of tools aimed at addressing one area of risk or compliance. For example, a toolkit might include a set of data analytics, a risk control framework, and a best practices program.

Connect (formerly Community) Provides learning resources such as forums to connect with other Diligent One users and access to training courses, this help documentation, template content, and Support. You can log in to Connect using your Diligent One credentials.
