Viewing Rsam data in storyboards

We have designed pre-configured storyboards so you can easily view your Rsam data in Diligent One. Do this to take advantage of Diligent One' tools to visualize data and share those visualizations with others.

Set up Rsam-Diligent One integration first

Before anyone in your company can view Rsam data in Diligent One, an Rsam administrator must complete an integration process. If you are not sure, check with your Rsam administrator to see if integration has happened. For more information, see Rsam integration with Diligent One and ACL Robotics.

Available storyboards

The storyboards available to you in Diligent One depend on your Rsam subscription. We currently offer pre-configured storyboards for customers who own any of the following Rsam modules.

  • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Risk & Compliance Assessments
  • Enterprise Policy Management

Viewing storyboards in Results

Once your Rsam administrator has completed the integration process, you can use Rsam to login to Diligent One and go directly to storyboards.

  1. Log in to Rsam as you normally would.
  2. In Rsam's top navigation bar, hover over HighBond and click Storyboards. Diligent One opens in a new window and takes you to Results. If you don't see a Diligent One link in Rsam, talk to your Rsam administrator about giving you the necessary permissions.
  3. Click the storyboard you want to open.

Customizing storyboards

You can customize pre-configured Rsam storyboards, but future changes to your Rsam subscription could overwrite your changes.

  • To edit a pre-configured storyboard, see Editing storyboards.
  • You can make a new storyboard and use the same data as an input. For more information, see Creating storyboards.
  • For a more robust solution, you can use the Rsam connector in Analytics to import any saved search data in Rsam. Typically, this is done by an Rsam administrator or someone who has access to, and is familiar with, Analytics. For more information, see Connecting to Rsam in Analytics and ACLScript Help.
