Tracking project progress
Track the progress of all active projects within the Diligent One instance and view detailed progress information.
How it works
Progress monitoring is a vital part of the project management process. Managers often need to track the progress of a project to:
- view the real-time status of project phases and activities across the project lifecycle
- gain insight into scheduled resources allocated for a particular project, including the number of hours spent on the project, and budget information
- share reports with relevant stakeholders
- measure the overall profitability and return on investment (ROI) of a particular project
