We love to share the improvements we make to your Secure File Sharing experience. This is where you will find an overview of any enhancements we have made and a link to the relevant documentation.

NEW: Control access to member details |
Control who can view the name and email address of other members of your Team Data room. This permission can be set at an individual or group level. The Diligent Support team must activate this feature. |

| NEW: Terms and conditions to access Team Data rooms |
Request all members of a team data room agree to terms and conditions set by you before they can join a Team Data room. The Data Room Manager controls this setting and when activated is applied to all existing and new members of the team room. The Diligent Support team must activate this feature |

Now you can use the file management and sharing capabilities of Secure File Sharing to build your meeting book in your Team data room before securely sharing it to Boards. |

UPDATE: Password policy for Administrators |
We've aligned the Secure File Sharing password policy to be more consistent with Diligent Boards. This means our security settings are more standardized across Diligent products. |

NEW: Edit files that you have shared or files shared with you in Microsoft 365 |
You can now edit files that are in your Shared with me or Shared by me space in your Secure File Sharing data room using Microsoft 365. |

| December 2023 | NEW: Create a new folder when copying or moving a folder in your Secure File Sharing Data room |
When you are copying or moving a file or folder in your Secure File Sharing Data room you now have the option to create a new folder. This new feature appears as part of the copy or move process. |

| September 2023 | NEW: Create and save Microsoft files in your Secure File Sharing Data room |
Now you can create a new Microsoft Word, Excel workbook, or Power point presentation from within your Secure File Sharing room. You can securely save the file to your folders and work on it as needed. Note This is only available if Microsoft office is enable for you by your organization. |

| IMPROVED: Copy and move flow |
Our Copy and Move feature has had a revamp too. Now when you select items to move or copy, a new side panel opens displaying the destination folders to choose from. You can navigate between folders before you copy or move. If an identically named item exists in the destination folder a pre-check window will open allowing you to choose whether to update the version, create a numbered copy, or skip the item altogether before you continue. |

| UPDATED: Renamed icon | The "Watched" tag has been renamed Tracked. You will now select Track item from the options menu when you want to be notified about actions on an item. | View activity in files and folders | |

To open a file or folder just select the name, it will no longer automatically open when you select elsewhere on the item. |

| August 8, 2022 | NEW: Download folders and multiple files | Now when you select a folder or more than one file to download, Secure File Sharing will do all the hard work for you. A zipped folder is automatically created and downloaded to your device where you will find it in your Downloads folder.
